We automate the work your team still does by hand.

First we map how your people actually work — not how the handbook says they do. Then we build the piece that removes the most expensive pain. AI goes where it solves something, not where it looks impressive.

What is AI process automation?

It's redesigning a process so software handles the parts a person does by hand today, using AI for the steps that couldn't be automated before: reading a document, understanding a message, classifying a request, deciding who it goes to.

That's the difference from the automation you already know. Rules-based tools automate fixed rules. AI lets you automate the steps that used to need judgment.

Which processes are worth automating first?

The ones that do three things at once: repeat many times a month, involve a person moving information from one place to another, and cost money or cost a customer when that person gets it wrong.

The ones we find most often:

  • Order or request intake arriving by email, WhatsApp or phone that someone retypes into a system.
  • Reconciliation between two systems that don't talk — the ERP and the store, the CRM and billing.
  • Sales follow-up that depends on a rep remembering to log every conversation.
  • Monthly reporting assembled from three departments' spreadsheets.
  • Classification and routing of tickets, claims or requests a person reads today.

How we work

  1. Phase 1 · Diagnostic — $1,200, fixed

Two weeks. We sit with the people who do the work, not only the ones who manage it. You leave with three things: the map of the real process, what it costs today in hours and errors, and what to automate first for the best return.

The diagnostic is yours whether or not you hire us for the build. No strings.

  2. Phase 2 · Implementation

Priced by scope, never by the hour. We build it, test it against real data, and run it in parallel with your team until they trust it — not overnight.

  3. Phase 3 · Custody

An automation nobody maintains breaks. An API changes, a format changes, a vendor changes. What we build, we watch and improve every month.

What tools do you use?

n8n to orchestrate the flows, whichever language models solve each step best, and the APIs of the systems you already run. We don't sell you a proprietary platform that locks you in.

If your process can be solved with something you already pay for, we'll tell you. We have closed diagnostics by recommending a client configure what they already owned.

What does it cost to automate a process?

The diagnostic is $1,200, fixed. Implementation is quoted when the diagnostic is done — because until then nobody, you or us, knows how many systems are involved or how clean the data is.

Quoting a build before the diagnostic is guessing, and guessing gets expensive for both sides.

After that, if you want us to look after it, the Operations tier is $1,900 a month and covers up to three monitored automations. Everything is published at /en/pricing/.

How long does it take?

A contained process — a reconciliation, a routing rule, an intake flow — is running about a month after the diagnostic closes. Processes crossing several departments take longer, and the date comes out of the diagnostic itself, not out of a sales call.

What if my team isn't technical?

That's the normal case, and it's the whole point. What we deliver requires nobody to write code: your people keep working in the tools they already use, with fewer manual steps.

Training is included, and we record it for whoever joins later.
