Our prices are on this page, not behind a sales call.
Two ways to work with us: by project, with fixed scope and a fixed price; or monthly, with committed capacity. All prices in USD, before tax.
Monthly
What separates one tier from the next is committed capacity: how many sites and platforms we look after, how many requests move at the same time, and how fast we respond.

The rules, in writing
What a request is. An improvement, integration or module that fits in about a week of work. If it's bigger, we split it into several.
Minor edits (Essential). Changes to text, images or an existing form. No new development — that starts at Operations.
One at a time, first in, first out. Requests go into a queue and are worked in order: one active at a time on Operations, two on Tech as a Service. Reserved capacity, not an hour bank.
What no tier includes. New projects of larger scope. Third-party licenses and hosting. Content creation.
How you move up a tier. When your request queue doesn't go down for two months running. We tell you before it changes; you never find out from an invoice.
Projects
Fixed scope, fixed price. We publish the starting point for each type of work; the final number depends on what we find when we scope it.
| Project type | From | Delivery | What the starting point covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Landing page or campaign | $1,500 | 2 days | One page, copy, design, measurement, CRM-connected form. |
| Corporate website | $3,000 | 2 weeks | Architecture, design, build, technical SEO, admin for your team. |
| Online store | $4,500 | quoted | Catalog, payments, shipping, inventory sync, training. |
| Custom app or system | $9,000 | quoted | Discovery, prototype, phased build, production launch. |
| Process automation | $1,200 diagnostic | from 1 month | Real process map, current cost, automation plan. Build quoted after. |
Every project ends in a handover meeting where we propose the custody tier that fits.
How much does an AI automation agency cost?
Published ranges in this market run from a few hundred dollars a month to twenty thousand and up, which is a range so wide it tells you nothing.
Here's the honest version. A contained automation — one process, two or three systems — starts with our $1,200 diagnostic, and the build typically lands in the low thousands. Keeping it alive afterward is $1,900 a month at the Operations tier, which covers up to three monitored automations.
What makes the number move is not our rate. It's how many systems have to be touched and how clean the data in them is. That's exactly what the diagnostic answers before anyone signs a build.
Why publish prices at all?
Two reasons, and the second one is selfish.
First: we don't think anyone should have to spend a meeting finding out whether they can afford us.
Second: it saves us time. People who see these numbers and don't like them don't book, and we spend our calls on the ones who do. Better for everyone.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Not on Essential, Operations or Tech as a Service — they're monthly, cancel with 30 days' notice. Enterprise is annual, because it means reserving people.
Not sure which one fits?
We'll work it out in a 30-minute call. And if none of them fit, we'll say that too.
